2. Products and Parts
All parts and products listed on our website are aftermarket replacement parts unless explicitly stated otherwise. All brand names, model names, and part numbers are referenced for compatibility purposes only. TorqueLink Spares is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
3. Pricing and Quotes
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated. Quote requests are not binding orders. A confirmed order is only valid once a written confirmation and payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. TorqueLink Spares reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Payment is required before dispatch unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept EFT bank transfers and cash payments.
5. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and stock availability. TorqueLink Spares is not liable for delays caused by courier services or factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.
6. Returns and Warranty
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened parts in their original packaging. Electrical components and specially ordered parts are non-returnable. No warranty is implied beyond the manufacturer warranty of the supplied part. TorqueLink Spares does not accept liability for incorrect fitment or installation.
7. Limitation of Liability
TorqueLink Spares shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products purchased.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of TorqueLink Spares and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
